What are the payment methods?

On our site you can pay using the following methods:

- Cash on delivery

- Credit card

How do I know if a product is available?

Stock availability is listed by following indications:

- Limited availability

It means that there is only one unit of that product in our warehouse. Ordering that product does not guarantee the purchase, as other users may have placed the order at the same time.

- Product not available

The product has a zero stock availability, and it is not possible to place the order.

In the absence of these warnings listed above, the product has an availability greater than 1 in our stock.

What are delivery times?

For each purchase made, the goods will be sent by GLS within 1-2 working days from the time the order is placed online.
In case of purchase by bank transfer it will be necessary, in order to process the order, to wait for the payment to be credited to our account. This time varies, depending on the issuing bank, and therefore it may vary from 3 to 6 working days.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Of course you can. Payment can be made through PayPal's secure servers.

What credit cards can I use to make the payment?

It is possible to pay by credit card, using the cards issued by all main credit institutions.
